Processing Time

• Standard products: 1–3 business days
• Custom apparel (print-on-demand): 3–5 business days production time before shipping

Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Custom Apparel: 7–14 business days (includes production time)

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available on select products — please check the individual product page for availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work to resolve it.
