At Revamp Properties, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging
- Custom-printed apparel is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or we made an error on your order
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
How to Start a Return
- Visit our Contact page and include your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

- Final sale / clearance items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items not in original condition
